Mr. Jones handles the prosecution and defense of civil lawsuits in both the District Court and the Superior Court Divisions of the General Court of Justice for the State of North Carolina. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

Mr. Jones represents corporations and businesses in day to day matters as well as in commercial litigation including unfair and deceptive trade practices cases. Representation includes business formation and consultation.

Mr. Jones represents contractors and owners in the construction process and in construction disputes. Representation includes contract negotiation, contract drafting and the litigation of construction disputes.

Mr. Jones represents businesses in both commercial and consumer collection matters.

Mr. Jones handles divorce, custody, separation and property settlement agreements, domestic violence, guardianships, and adoptions.

Mr. Jones handles child support matters.

Mr. Jones handles routine legal matters such as durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, simple wills, living wills, and collections.

Mr. Jones represents the injured in motor vehicle accidents and other accidents. In addition, he handles wrongful death litigation.

Mr. Jones handles appeals from the trial courts to the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
